The ‘Ange Anderson Daily’ Day 2

Hello! Just checking in for Day 2 of Fully Fit Feb. I hope you’ve set aside time for 30 minutes of exercise today!

I’ve just finished a jog from Kangaroo Point to Teneriffe and back with a friend. I’ve never been a runner but I’m giving it a go. That’s what this month is all about. It’s amazing how good you feel after pushing yourself.
