Well.. We’re 5 days in to this 28 day challenge of 30 minutes of exercise and what I’ve realised is how easy it is to do half hour plus a day if you set aside the time! Today I hit the gym for a cardio and weights session. Did half hour on the cross trainer then legs! Might not have been a wise idea though ahead on Sunday’s Fully Fit Feb 5km fun run!
