I don’t know about you but just 3 days into Fully Fit Feb I’m starting to feel like the new me. I’m making a point of doing incidental exercise as well as 30 minute a day. Instead of waiting for the lift at work – I’m taking the stairs (even if it means kicking off the heels!). I’ve also been parking a few blocks away to walk that bit further.
I’m doing well packing before work so I can workout on the way home too. Today I went to Centenary Pool and did a 1.5 kilometre swim. It was so relaxing to have some ‘me time’ away from the mobile!
