We’re off and running – literally! It was so good to meet so many of you at the Bootcamp at New Farm Park this morning. I certainly enjoyed the variety in the workout. What a great opportunity we have over the next 28 days to better ourselves. I also started improving my diet. I’m keeping a food diary and eating smaller meals more regularly to keep energized throughout the day.
I find the key to getting more active is to plan your exercise. Tomorrow, I’m catching up with a friend for a jog along the new Riverwalk.
