Considering I’m in training for Kokoda in PNG hills are becoming my go to exercise! Never in a million years would I have thought I would enjoy training at an incline. It’s tough mentally to push through but very rewarding because you can see what you’ve achieved! Today I walked up and down Dukinfield Street in the Valley. Judging by friends Instagram posts it’s become a bit of a ‘fitness must do’ if you live in Brissie! The best part about this rigorous workout is it’s easy and free! So there are no excuses!
