14.02.15I’m must be a sucker for punishment! After a good rest I felt like pushing myself this morning so headed back to Main Ave at Balmoral. I managed to do this hill 4 times. It’s a shocker! If you’re feeling like a challenge try the hill sprints!

13.02.15 Motivation was a little hard to find being the Friday after a big week! My friend and I decided to have dinner in Kangaroo Point and having not completed my 30 minutes exercise we decided to park at the Kangaroo Point cliffs and walk. What an amazing view of such a beautiful city!

10.02.15 I decided my 30 minutes today would be incidental exercise to loosen some stiff muscles from yesterday’s 50 club! I walked to the local seafood shop in Lytton (7km return trip) for a fish to grill for dinner. There’s nothing better than getting out in the fresh air instead of getting in the car.
