I’m so proud of myself today! I don’t know about you but I’m getting more comfortable at pushing my body further physically as the month goes on. I’m realising how much fitter I am too. I tackled the Powerful Owl Trail at Mount Cootha today with a friend. He ran with me up the steep hills. All up we did 8km and it was tough at the time but I felt so much better about the achievement afterwards!
I don’t know about you but with all the effort I’m putting in at being active I’ve lost interest in some of the bad foods I would have normally have eaten without a second though. I’m more aware now at how much work is needed to burn the calories!
